You can decide to display or not the labels above the alignment. Depending on the capture component specification or bridge context you can also show the name of the component specification set and the pattern
distribution, or the bridge set name and its stationing.
-
From the Review section of the action bar,
click Label Set
.
-
Select the element to annotate.
It can be either a bridge set or a specification set. If you
select the bridge alignment, the bridge layout is displayed.
If you select a specification set which is under a bridge set, the
bridge set (not the specification set) will be selected as the input of the label
set.
If the result annotation is aggregated under a bridge set or
a specification set which is a private set, you cannot delete it with the
Delete command. You must launch the Bridge Design Assistant or
Capture Component Specification command to delete it, as
explained below. During edition, you cannot change it, and the selector is
disabled.
-
To define the label name that will appear in the 3D area, select
the Display set name option.
-
Select the Name option to display the input set name.
The name appears above and in the middle of the curve that is used for the
pattern.
-
Select the Pattern/Span Distribution option, for example:
4x20m.
The Label Set feature is aggregated under the
Destination Set in the tree. The Label Set feature aggregates a list of base annotations. For
example, Bridge Set.3 contains Bridge Layout Set.3, and Bridge Annotation that contains
Support Annotation.1, Support Annotation.2, Support Annotation.3, etc. The base
annotations are used to represent annotations on each specification feature or bridge support. Only one Label Set feature can be aggregated under a bridge set or a specification set.
To edit a Label Set feature, double-click it. The Label Set dialog
box opens. You can also change its graphical properties.
