You can copy an object and paste it with another format.
The paste result depends on the paste format and
the paste destination. For more information about paste special in your app, see the convenient User's Guide.
Select an object.
From the standard area of the action bar, click Paste Special.
Select a second object to define the paste destination.
The Paste Special dialog box appears and displays the list of available formats.
This list is the matching result between the formats of the copied objects and the formats supported by the paste destination object.
Important:
Do not take into account
Cloning and Light Format. They cannot be used and should not be
displayed.
Select a format, and then click OK.
The first object is pasted under the second object with the selected format.
