Preliminary
When you create, copy, or revise a template, the latest revision of the template is added to the change order. The template objects are grouped under a change action based on the organization of the template. The owner of the change order sets the Assignee, the senior Assignee, and the approval list based on the business process needed.
To promote the template from the Preliminary state to the Review state, the Template Administrator:
- Creates at least one section connected to a configurable report.
- Fills in all the claimed attributes information.
- Closes all open tasks.
- Promotes the change action to the "In Approval" state.
