Adding and Removing a Shared Table for Product Data

You can apply a shared table to product data.


Before you begin:
  • You should be assigned the role of Product Data Originator or Restricted Product Data Originator.
  • The stared table must be in the Release state to add a shared table to product data.
  1. Select the Tables tab.
  2. Click Edit All .
  3. Click Add Shared Table .
    The Shared Table Search page appears.
  4. Select the Name check box of the Shared Table.

    You can select more than one Shared Table.

  5. Click Submit.

    To remove a shared table from product data, click Remove Shared Table .

The shared table is added to the product data.
