Acknowledging Recall of a Controlled Print

If Document Center Administration recalls a controlled print that is issued to you, you must acknowledge the recall and stop using the controlled print immediately.


Before you begin: You must have the role of a Document Center Administrator.
  1. Open the mail.
  2. Click the link in the notification email you received indicating that a controlled print issued to you has been recalled.
  3. Click Acknowledge Recall .
    The Acknowledge Recall dialog box opens.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Select the check box to acknowledge the recall of the controlled print.
  6. Click Done.
    A message appears to verify that you have successfully acknowledged the recall.
  7. Click OK.

You no longer have access to the recalled controlled print.
