Technical Specification Revisions

The Revisions tab lists the revisions made for the current lifecycle state of an item.

Before you begin: Required access roles:
  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-Specific: Product Data Originator, Restricted Product Data Originator
  1. From the home page, select Product Specifications > Technical Specification.
  2. In the Name column, click the name of the technical specification.
  3. Click the Revisions tab.

    You can view the following columns on the Revisions tab:

    ColumnsDescription
    NameName of the technical specification.
    RevRevision number or code.
    StateLifecycle state of the technical specification.
    OwnerOwner of the technical specification.
    Release DateDate on which the technical specification was released.
    Expiration DateDate on which the technical specification expires.
