Impact Questionnaire Properties

The Properties page tab for an impact questionnaire lists its details and any associated extended attributes.

Required access roles: Change Administrator, Change Coordinator, change request owner, change order owner, or Regulatory Requestor (regulatory request owner)

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

  1. View the Impact Questionnaires tab for responses.
  2. Click the name of the impact questionnaire.
  3. Select the Properties page tab.

Impact Questionnaire TemplateThe template from which the impact questionnaire was created.
RequirementIndicates whether the impact questionnaire must be completed:

MandatoryThe impact questionnaire must be responded to to promote the change object.
OptionalThe impact questionnaire may be responded to, but it is not required, to promote the change object.

Due DateThe date by which the impact questionnaire must be completed.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Only the Edit action is available after the impact questionnaire is complete.

Required access roles:

  • All actions are available to users with the Change Administrator, Change Coordinator, change request owner, change order owner, or regulatory request owner access roles when the change request is in the Evaluate state or when the change order is in the Prepare or In Work states.
  • The Edit action is the only action available to users with Change Administrator, Change Coordinator, change request owner access roles when the change request is the In Review, In Process CO, or Complete states.
  • The Edit action is the only action available, and only to users with the fast track change order owner access role, when the change order is in the In Approval or Complete states.
  • The Edit action is the only action available, and only to users with Change Administrator, Change Coordinator, or fast track change order owner access roles, when the fast track change order is the Approved state.

All mandatory impact questionnaires must be completed before the change order can be promoted to the Complete state.
