Impact Questionnaire Template Properties

The Properties page tab for an impact questionnaire template lists its details and any associated extended attributes.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

  1. Log in to the app with the Change Administrator, Document Center Administrator, Regulatory Request Administrator, or Regulatory Administrator role.
  2. View the Templates tab for impact questionnaires. For more information, see Template Tab for Impact Questionnaires
  3. Click the name of the impact questionnaire template.
  4. Select the Properties page tab.

Fields

Field NameDescription
NameThe name of the impact questionnaire template.
TypeThe object type: Impact Questionnaire
RevisionThe revision number of the impact questionnaire template.
PolicyThe policy that governs the lifecycle of the impact questionnaire template.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the impact questionnaire template:

StatusDescription
ActiveThe impact questionnaire template can be used to create impact questionnaires but it cannot be edited.
InactiveThe impact questionnaire template can be edited, but it cannot be used to create impact questionnaires.
ObsoleteThe impact questionnaire template is no longer able to be used to create impact questionnaires.

Only impact questionnaire templates in the Active state are used to create impact questionnaires.

DescriptionThe detailed description of the impact questionnaire template.
OwnerThe person who is responsible for the impact questionnaire template.
OriginatedThe date the impact questionnaire template was created.
Responsible OrganizationThe name of the organization that is responsible for the impact questionnaire template.
Responsible RoleThe name of the role responsible for the impact questionnaire template.
RequirementIndicates whether the impact questionnaire must be completed:

StatusDescription
MandatoryThe impact questionnaire created from the template must be responded to to promote the change object.
OptionalThe impact questionnaire created from the template may be responded to, but it is not required, to promote the change object.

Due DateThe date by which the impact questionnaire must be completed.
Extended AttributesAny extended attributes that have been added to the impact questionnaire template.

Revise Creates a new revision of the Active impact questionnaire template in the Inactive state, including all of the previous revision's questions and information. The reference documents are also copied to the new revision.

The impact questionnaire template's owner can revise it when it is in the Active state.

The impact questionnaire template's owner can promote the new Inactive revision to the Active state. Once the revised impact questionnaire template is Active, the previous revision is automatically promoted to the Obsolete state and is listed on the impact questionnaire template's Revision Tab.

Actions > Active/Inactive Toggles the lifecycle state of the selected impact questionnaire template from Active to Inactive or vice versa.

Only Active impact questionnaire templates can be assigned as a related object for a question response. Once an impact questionnaire template is assigned to a question response, the impact questionnaire template cannot be made Inactive.

Edit Allows you to edit the impact questionnaire template properties, including any extended attribute values.

The impact questionnaire template must be in the Inactive state to edit it.
