Impact Questionnaires Tab

The Impact Questionnaires tab lists all impact questionnaires created from all impact questionnaire templates.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access the Impact Questionnaires tab:

  1. Log in to the app with the Change Administrator, Document Center Administrator, Regulatory Request Administrator, or Regulatory Administrator role.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Impact Questionnaires.
  3. Select the Impact Questionnaire page tab.

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the impact questionnaire template, likely an automatically assigned autoname.

Click the name to open the impact questionnaire template's Properties page.

StatusThe completion status of the impact questionnaire. indicates that the impact questionnaire has been completed.
RequirementIndicates whether an impact questionnaire created from the template must be completed:
  • Mandatory
  • Optional
OrganizationThe organization responsible for the impact questionnaire template.
RoleThe role assigned to complete the impact questionnaire.
AssigneeThe person assigned to complete the impact questionnaire.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the impact questionnaire template.
DescriptionA detailed description of the impact questionnaire template.
Due DateThe date by which the impact questionnaire must be completed.
CommentsAny comments about the impact questionnaire.
Reference
OwnerThe person who owns the impact questionnaire template.
