Template Revisions Tab

This page lists all revisions made to the current lifecycle state of an item.

To access this page:

  • Open a template, from the navigation pane click the Change Management and Lifecycle > Revisions Tab.

ColumnsDescription
NameThe name of the template.
TitleThe title of the template.
RevisionThe revision number of the template.
TypeThe type of template.
Policies Used for > NameThe name of the policy.
DescriptionThe description of the template.
Design Responsibility The organization that has design responsibility for the template.
StateThe state of the template.
OriginatorThe template originator.
