Moving Documents to Another Collaborative Space

You can move documents from one collaborative space to another as required.

Required access roles:

  • Platform Manager license role, and
  • Leader access role in the source collaborative space, and Author access role in the target collaborative space

  1. From the source collaborative space, select the document you want to move.
  2. Use one of these methods:
    • From the context menu of the document, select Move To.
    • Select the document you want to download and in the toolbar click Move to.

    If the document is in the Private state, Move to is only available if you own the content.

    You cannot drag documents to a different collaborative space to move it, and you cannot select multiple documents to move them together.

  3. Select a target collaborative space in the list.
  4. Click Move.

The document is moved to the selected collaborative space.
