Updating Existing Documents

You can easily update existing documnts to create new versions.

Required access roles: Leader or Author

Use one of the following methods:
  • From the tile menu of the document, select Update.
  • Select the document you want to update and in the toolbar click Update.

A new version of the document is created. The document in the list always shows the most recent version. You can use the Properties pane for the document to access Iterations (prior versions).

Important: Deleting a document deletes all available versions.
