Adding Thumbnail Images for Collaborative Spaces

You can easily replace the thumbnail for the collaborative space that shows in the tiles with your own image.

Adding a thumbnail helps you quickly identify the type of content available in the collaborative space. You cannot change the thumbnail of the Common Space collaborative space.

Before you begin: You must have the Owner access role. Users with the Owner (Restricted) access role cannot change properties of collaborative spaces.
  1. Select either of the following:
    • From the context menu of the collaborative space, select Change thumbnail picture.
    • Double-click the collaborative space and from the breadcrumb select My Collaborative Spaces > Your collaborative space name > Change thumbnail picture
    • Select the collaborative space and in the toolbar click Change thumbnail picture.
  2. Select a new image from your device and confirm your selection.
