Configuring the Checkin of Large CATIA Catalogs or Documents in Visualization Mode

You can check-in large CATIA catalogs, or documents in the visualization mode from CATIA V5.

  1. From the CATIA toolbar, select Tools > Options to open the Options dialog box.
  2. In the Cache Activation area, select Work with cache system for checking in documents in visualization mode. For more information about turning on the visualization mode, see CATIA V5 documentation.

    Note: Selection of the Work with cache system option does not affect check in of catalogs.

  3. From the left area, select General > Compatibility, and select the ENOVIA V6/3DEXPERIENCE tab.
  4. In the Lifecycle operations optimization area, select Memory Usage.
  5. Click OK.
