Document Properties

3DEXPERIENCE Platform specific properties of a document appear in the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform tab of the Properties dialog box. To edit the document properties, or to access the X-CAD Design Management options, use the Explore in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform option.

Important: Ensure that you are logged in to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

To access this tab:

  1. In the CATIA V5 menu, right-click a document and select Properties.
  2. Click More to view the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform tab.
  3. Select the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform tab.

Note: The administrator can customize fields and their layout in the Properties dialog box. Tentative values for Type and Name are displayed for documents that are not saved to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. Other property details are empty.

Save Comment Comments entered when the document was last saved.
Renamed From Earlier name of the document, if it is renamed.

Collaborative SpaceCollaborative space with which the document is associated.

Created OnDate of creation of the document.
Last Modified OnDate on which the document was last modified.
