Viewing Recently Accessed Documents

You can view documents accessed during a selected date range.

  1. In the CATIA toolbar, select 3DEXPERIENCE Platform > Open.

    The Open dialog box appears.

  2. Select the tab.
    The area on the left side lists the available date ranges.
  3. Select a date range from the available date ranges such as, Today, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 60 days, and All.
    Note: You can select only one date range.

    Documents that were accessed in the selected date range are displayed in the area on the right side. For example, if you select Last 7 Days in the area on the left side, documents accessed in last 7 days are listed.

  4. Select a documents and right-click to view the available options such as Lock, Unlock, Explore, Expand All, and Where Used.

    Note: While viewing documents,
    • If multiple revisions of the same document are checked out to the same directory, only the last checked out revision is listed in the Recently Accessed Design tab.
    • If you check out multiple revisions of the same document to different directories, the last checked out document in each of these directories is listed in the Recently Accessed Design tab.
    • Designs checked in using bulk loading option are not listed in the Recently Accessed Designs page.
