Deleting a Chapter

You can delete a chapter in the Design IP Classification app and also from the search results. When you delete a chapter, all the sub-chapters and items inserted in the chapter along with the keyword objects associated with the chapter are deleted.

Required access roles:

Baseline: Leader

Before you begin: Open a catalog in the Design IP Classification app.
  1. Select a chapter.
  2. To delete a chapter, right-click the selected chapter and select Delete.
    The Delete Chapters and/or References warning message appears.
  3. Click Yes, to confirm.
    The selected chapter is deleted from the catalog. A successful message appears.

You can delete a chapter from the search result by using the Delete command from the Lifecycle section of the action bar in Collaborative Lifecycle apps.
