Pages Overview

This topic provides descriptions of pages and charts available in Change Intelligence.

The first time you add a Change Intelligence widget from the Compass, the widget opens the Follow page. The widget then remembers the last page that you have opened and will reopen this when you return to the dashboard.

This page discusses:

Home Page

When connecting to Change Intelligence for the first time, a home page is displayed. It allows a quick access to the main pages (see description below).

When you drop a compatible 3DEXPERIENCE object on the home page, Change Intelligence opens the page that is most relevant to this object and filters the page as follows:

Application Pages

Change Intelligence is made of 4 pages allowing you to follow the lifecycle of change requests, change orders and change actions and act on them.

Page Title Description
Evaluate

Allows you to understand the impact of change requests and change orders in your current design and project, including cost analysis and comparison.
Follow

Allows you to review the progress of on-going change orders or change actions, including pending approvals.
Identify

Allows you to review and check the new change requests and change orders.
Change Specialist

Allows you to display a global analysis of the change process and track issues.

Charts Size

You can increase the size of any chart to make it fill the whole widget space. Click > Maximize.

To exit the maximize mode, click anywhere outside the chart or click Menu > Minimize.
