Properties Panel

The Properties panel manages objects properties. Use this panel to edit and view these properties.

Whether you author or play an experience, properties are displayed in the panel.

You can reverse or recover any property modification by using the Undo/Redo overview dialog box. Each property modification appears with the following name: Modify <Property Name>. For more information about the Undo/Redo overview dialog box, see Reversing and Recovering Actions.

Add Behavior
Adds a behavior to the current actor.

Displays the context menu.


See through camera
Switches the current viewpoint to the camera viewpoint.

Multiselection of Objects

If you need to simultaneously edit several objects, multiselection is supported. You can select multiple experience objects and edit their common properties all at once in the panel. For actors that include behaviors, common behaviors appear.

Multiselection does not fully support the following objects and commands:

  • Resources: sounds, pictures, and web resources
  • Animations: global animations, local animations applied to actors, and keyframes editing
  • Planetary environments
  • Actor templates: reset original properties
