Edit Path or Point Properties

You can edit existing path or point properties from the Properties panel.

For more information about this panel, see Properties Panel.

  1. Optional: If the Properties panel is not already open, click Properties Panel .
  2. In the panel, modify the path or point properties as required.

Edit a Path and its Points

You can edit a path.

  1. Select the path.
  2. On the context toolbar, click Edit.
    A panel appears. In the work area, the control points of the path are highlighted.

  3. To add a point, select a point in the path.
  4. On the context toolbar, do one of the following:
    • Click Add After to add a point after the selected point
    • Click Add Before to add a point before the selected point
    • Click Delete to remove a point from the path
  5. To modify the path shape, select Cubic or Linear in the panel.
    The changes are applied.

  6. To modify the position of a point, drag a point. If needed, repeat this step for each point.


  7. In the panel, click OK.
