Click Play to watch the video:
- Click Define Mechanical Resource and select the robot.
- Select Click to Mount/Unmount from the contextual icons.
- Click the Rail/Gantry system.
The robot snaps to the Rail/Gantry.
- Click OK in the Mount dialog box.
- Click Set Tool.
The Set Tool dialog box appears showing the Abb Robot as the Parent.
- Click the weld gun.
The weld gun snaps to the robot. Orientate according.
- Select options accordingly and click OK.
- Click Jog Mechanism and select the Rail/Gantry.
The dialog box appears, move according and Close when completed.
- Click the Robot and select the Jog Mechanism.
The dialog box appears.
- Move the Robot accordingly. If the robot is out or range, it changes color.
- Click Home_1 (to return to original position) and Close when completed.
