Saving a Simulation Result to the Database

Save Simulation Result lets you save a simulation result to the database.

Before you begin:

Perform a simulation.

  1. Click Save Simulation Results .
  2. From the Variable Browser of the simulation result you want to save, click any signal or node.

    The Engineering Document dialog box appears.

  3. Optional: Change the title of the resulting document.
  4. Optional: Add a description.
  5. Optional: In the Files Information tab, browse for a new location where to save the document.
  6. Click OK.
    The simulation result is saved as a Engineering Document in the database.
