History Page

The History page provides detailed information about the actions that have occurred to the quality system document, quality system document template, or controlled print.

To access this page, from the Properties page of the quality system document, quality system document template, or controlled print, select the History page tab.

Columns

Column Name Description
Date The date and time that the action occurred. This is relative to the time zone offset and time zone settings of your web browser.
User The unique identifier of the user who performed the action. User Agent means that an automated process performed the action. For example, if the app creates a change action for each proposed change and connects it to the change request or change order, that action's User is recorded as User Agent.
State The lifecycle state of the object when the action occurred.
ActionThe action that affected the object, such as create, modify, check in, and so on.
Description Details about the specific items involved in the action. If values were changed as a result of the action, it shows the previous and new values.

Filters

You can filter the page to show only specific actions. Click Refinements to filter the page. For quality system documents and quality system document templates, you can filter the page by keywords, start and end dates, then refine those results by user, state, action, and description. For controlled prints, you can filter by user, state, and action.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Tools > Render PDF Creates a PDF file containing the history information, based on any filters applied. The PDF file is automatically downloaded to your web browser.
