Acknowledging a Recalled Controlled Print

If the Document Center Administration recalls a controlled print of a controlled document that was issued to you, you must acknowledge the recall and stop using the controlled print immediately.


Before you begin: You will receive an email when a controlled print of a controlled document issued to you has been recalled. You must be logged in to Quality-based Document Control to acknowledge the recall of the controlled print.
  1. Click the link in the notification email you received indicating that a controlled print issued to you has been recalled.
    The Controlled Print Report page opens. If you are not logged in to Quality-based Document Control, you must log in before you can access the Controlled Print Report page to acknowledge the recall.
  2. Click Acknowledge Recall .
    The Acknowledge Recall dialog box opens.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Select the check box to acknowledge the recall of the controlled print.
  5. Click Done.
    A dialog box verifies that you have successfully acknowledged the recall.
  6. Click OK.

You no longer have access to the recalled controlled print.
