Completing an Impact Questionnaire

Change Coordinators respond to, then complete impact questionnaires, in change orders and change requests to provide additional information about the requested changes. Regulatory request owners respond to, then complete impact questionnaires to provide additional information about the impact of the regulatory request.

Required access roles: Change Administrator, Change Coordinator, owner of the change request or change order, or Regulatory Requestor (regulatory request owner)


Before you begin: View the Questionnaire page tab. For more information, see Questionnaire Tab for an Impact Questionnaire.
  1. From the page toolbar, click Edit .

    Note: You can manually promote the impact questionnaire to the In Work state to indicate that you are in the process of responding to it.

  2. Select or type a response for each question.
  3. Click Done.

    The typed or selected response to each question is shown. Multiple responses to a question are separated by |. For example, A | B.

  4. In the navigation pane, click the impact questionnaire's name.
  5. Select the Properties page tab.
  6. From the page toolbar, click Edit .
  7. Type or select values for any extended attributes added to the impact questionnaire.
  8. Click Done.

    The typed or selected value for each attribute is shown.

  9. Click to complete the impact questionnaire.
  10. Click OK to verify that you want to complete the impact questionnaire.
    The impact questionnaire automatically promotes to the Complete state.
