Updating Assignments and Assigning GCO

You can update users' preferences related to the changes done in the GCO. For a specific user, you can use the Update Assignments option to assign collaborative products or update their GCOs. Updating assignments for groups is not supported.

Required user role: Administrator (VPLMAdmin).

  1. From the top bar, select X-CAD Design > Update Assignments.
    The Select User page appears.
  2. Search and select the user or role for which you want to update assignments.

    Note: Select the User or the Role check box to filter your search results.

  3. Click Done.

    The assignment is updated for the selected user or role.
