Managing Leangets

You can add and manage Leangets within a board.

Add Leangets

You can add up to sixteen Leangets to the same board. You can also add Leangets directly to the navigation pane.

Before you begin: Add a board. For more information, see Add and Rename a Board
  1. From the navigation pane, tap a board, then tap Customize .
  2. Drag a Leanget, such as Action Log, to the board.
  3. Repeat step 2 to add other Leangets to the board.
  4. Tap to exit the Customize menu.

Customize Leangets

You can rename and customize Leangets.

  1. Tap a Leanget, then tap Customize .
  2. To rename the Leanget, tap the default title and enter a new one.
  3. Specify customization options specific to each Leanget type, for example:
    • KPI: Axis titles and values
    • Player: URL address of the video
    • Web Page: Zoom level.
  4. Tap to save the modifications and exit the Customize menu.

Tip: You can configure your favorite customization options to easily apply them to Leangets. For more information, see the 3DLean - Installation and Administration guide.

Organize Leangets

You can organize Leangets within a board.

  1. Tap a board, then tap Customize .
  2. Drag the Leanget to the desired location on the board.
  3. Optional: Use the square icon that appears on the Leanget to resize it:
    • Tap the down arrow to extend the Leanget vertically.
    • Tap the right arrow to extend the Leanget horizontally.
    • Tap the corner arrow to extend the Leanget both vertically and horizontally.
    • Tap the blue square at the top of the square icon to resize the Leanget to its original size.
  4. Tap to save the modifications and exit the Customize menu.

Highlight Leanget Content

You can use stickers and E-Notes to highlight the content of a Leanget.

  1. Tap a Leanget, then tap Tools .
  2. To add an E-Note:
    1. Type or sketch on the E-Note, then tap Note.
    2. Drag the E-Note to the element you want to highlight.
  3. To add stickers:
    1. Tap Stickers.
    2. Drag a sticker to the element you want to highlight.
  4. Tap to save the modifications and exit the Customize menu.

Navigate Through Leangets

You can navigate through Leangets by using the Navigation button.

  1. From the navigation pane, tap the Leanget you want to access.
  2. Tap to switch back to the board.

    Note: The Navigation button behaves the same when navigating through boards.

Delete Leangets

You can delete Leangets from a board.

  1. Tap a board, then tap Customize .
  2. Hold on the Leanget you want to delete.
  3. Tap to exit the Customize menu.
