It is possible to drag and drop a workplan operation from the tree to a system/operation tile or a system/operation node in the tree.

Workplan operation implemented by a single object. Workplan operation implemented by multiple objects. Drag and drop used with Ctrl.
The previous implement link is deleted. A new operation is created with a new implement link. The new operation is a new instance of the same reference. A dialog box appears to indicate that there is already an implement link and requires confirmation before creating a new one. If OK, the workplan operation is assigned to the general system.
