Experiences can be saved as animation object. This enables you to replay a specific experience on the player, even if the data in your simulation is no longer what it was when you created the animation. Also, you can save an experience as a movie. A movie can consist of still images (JPEGs) or moving images in .avi format. Animation objects can be viewed within 3DEXPERIENCE; movie objects are saved to your computer and can be seen on external viewers. The controls found on the player for simulations are shown below. Step MetricThis allows you to select the type of measurement used for a step. The options are:
CounterThe counter keeps track of the steps: the time, the trajectory point, or the distance from the most recent trajectory point. For trajectory points, the counter is incremented in tenths. For example, 5.5 shows that the simulation is halfway between trajectory points 5 and 6. SliderAs you drag the slider, you can see the data move as defined for the animation. Speed FactorUse the list to select the factor by which to increase the speed. |
