Using the Robot with the Manikin

You can do various scenarios with the robot and the manikin.

This task shows you how to:


Before you begin: Have a manikin in your scenario.

Position the Manikin with the Robot

This describes how to move the manikin around the work area using the Robot.

  1. Grab the Robot and drag it to the Manikin.
    The Robot snaps to the Manikin Reference Point.
  2. Select the Manikin
  3. Click Click to select the whole manikin.
    The whole manikin selects.

    Note: The snap is successful if the Robot activates (orange).
  4. Select a plane on the Robot and drag it or rotate it.
    The whole manikin follows.

Snap the Robot onto the Manikin's Surface

This describes how to snap the Robot onto the manikin's surface.

  1. Click the segment you want to snap the Robot onto.


    When doing this process, disregard the icon Click to select the whole manikin.

  2. Grab and drag the Robot to place it onto the highlighted segment.
