Local Posture Functionality

You can use the Local Posture to change the postures of the manikin.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Have a manikin in your scenario.

Creating the Local Posture Mirror Copy

You can mirror a posture in a copy.

Before you begin: Have a manikin in your scenario.
  1. To apply the mirror copy functionality to a limited group of segments, click the required segments to select them while holding down the Ctrl Key to select multiple segments.
  2. Right-click the segments and select Posture / Mirror Copy Posture.
  3. The mirror copy functionality copies the selected posture onto the equivalent segment on the opposite side of the manikin.

Tip: For example, it copies the posture from the left arm to the right arm. This helps in creating symmetrical postures. The mirror copy functionality applies to segments that have an equivalent segment on the other side of the manikin. Therefore, mirror copy is not available on the neck segment.
