Anthropometric Filter Dialog Box

The Anthropometric Filter dialog box provides options for changing variables.

To access the dialog box, select Anthropometric Filter and click the manikin.

Part

This refers to the body of the manikin. The manikin body has seven parts: Body, Head, Torso, Arm, Hand, Leg, and Foot.

As an example, by activating the toggle for the leg, you see only the anthropometric variables associated with the legs. The filter selection affects the view of both the variable list and the arrows.

Type

Circumference, Height, Length, Breath, Depth, Mass

This refers to the anthropometric measurement type. There are six types of measurement: Circumference (girth), Height, Length, Breadth, Depth, and Mass. You can activate any combination of these.

Management

Automatic, Manual

This refers to the body of the manikin. The manikin body has seven parts: Body, Head, Torso, Arm, Hand, Leg, and Foot.

This refers to the way the variable values calculates.

Automatic Displays only the variables calculated by the system.

Manual Displays the critical (user-defined) variables.

All

All

Activating the All option overrides the relevant selection in Part and Type, and shows all the anthropometric variables.

Animate Viewpoint

Animate viewpoint

The Animate Viewpoint automatically specifies the right (associated) viewpoint to display the variable that a user selects the Variable Edition dialog box. If not selecting Animate viewpoint, then all the variables are shown using the current viewpoint, which can be changed manually.

Reset

Reset

The Reset brings the selection of the toggle back to the default.
