Task ListOnce logged in to the Execution Cockpit as a Complex Assembly Production Operator, your work device displays a list of active Tasks assigned to you. Tasks are Operations entrusted to a specific person to complete. A single Order typically consists of several such Operations or Tasks. Individual Tasks can comprise a number of Steps, which in turn comprise Activities. Inside of each Activity, there are items that need to be reported. This is represented by numbers next to individual Activity bars (for example, "3/4" means that three out of four items have been reported).
Reporting ActivitiesOnce you have started the Task, you can begin working on its individual Steps. Within each Step, report certain Activities, such as the preparation of tools, assembly of components, performance of quality checks, etc. After entering the required data, tap the button next to an item's name to complete it. After choosing a Task to work on, you are taken to the Overview tab, where you need to start the Task by tapping the button in the upper-right corner. Once all Activities in a Step are completed, you can mark the Step as complete. Having completed all Steps, you can mark the Task as complete by tapping in the upper-right corner of the Overview tab. Tasks disappear from the Execution Cockpit once their Order has been completed. |
