Using Change Management for New Panel Model Revisions

This scenario explains how to add a new seam.

Existing Panel data model has one Panel with one seam and additional features created during the industrialization process.

On addition of the seam in a revised design product, this creates a new split plate product.

New Manufactured Items generates for the new Split Plate products and existing ones revise.

This shows you how to modify an existing seam.

Existing Panel data model has one Panel with one seam and additional features created during the industrialization process.

On Modification of seam and or a Panel Limit offset modification in revised design product. The existing Split plate products update in the Structure Design App.

Manufactured Items revise (State before DST synchronization).

Existing Panel data model has one Panel with one or many Stiffeners placed on it and connected during a weld. Attachment line feature creates during the industrialization process.

Modify revised Design data by the addition of one more stiffener or deletion of the existing stiffener. Weld Features update (Added / Deleted) in design data.

New Manufactured Items generate for the new stiffener products and Manufactured Items for deleted Stiffeners remove.

On synchronization,

1. The Manufacturing features on the Revised Manufactured Items update.
2. On New Manufactured Items, new Manufacturing features generate.
3. Manufacturing features (attachment and alignment lines) that relate to the deleted Stiffener Manufactured Item, update.
