This action rule returns the oMfgItemType as an
NONE string when an input product has child or children. When
oMfgItemType is specify to NONE,
oFatherMfgItem is ignored although it has some value. At the
end, no manufactured item generates for product assemblies but manufactured parts by
default generate for leaf products. Once again, the NONE string
keyword is introduced to prevent the creation of the manufactured item.
