Using Cut, Copy, Paste with Human Task
  • This does not support Cut, Copy, and Paste of a Human Task across different contexts and documents.
  • Does not support Cut, Copy, and Paste of human activities to a Task. The context menu of Cut, Copy, and Paste is available only on the Human Task and not available for:
    • Individual human activities inside a Human Task.
    • Stand alone activities.
    • Human Task that sequences stand alone activities.
    • Cases where there is an error in the Human Task, the Human Task node is displayed in red in the sequence tab page.
  • At the time of retargeting, you do not have an option to:
    • Create human interfaces.
    • Create human location.
    • Define a track.
    • Can only reuse an existing human interface or location.
  • You do not have access to the edit of pasted activities (postures, Human Interactions, Human Locations, and Tracks) during paste command. The pasted activities can be edited after completion of the Paste With Links command. There might be cases where the track created by the paste command is not meaningful for the target situation. You may edit the track afterward to suit the target situation.
  • Not resolving at the time of paste, if a link pointing from an activity, or example product picked, the paste operation ends.
Note: The Paste with Links command provides an easy of way of reproducing the task structure. It does not ensure exact duplication of position of Products/Resources manipulated by a manikin. Expect this duplication only if the relative position of the manikin with a product and the human interface is identical to the copied task.
