Available Analytics

The following analytics are available in Manufactured Item Analytics in the Analytics Panel on the right-hand side of the screen. When you click one of the analytics, data will be displayed in a chart and table in the Analytics Panel and projected on the 3D model as a heatmap.

Analytics Description
Defects By Product Displays the number of defects for a given product.
Average Lead Time by Product Displays the average lead time for a product in hours.
WipOrder Scrap Quantity by Reason Code Displays the quantity of scrap in a WIP Order attributable to a specific reason code.
WipOrder Completed Quantity by Facility Displays the number of completed WIP Orders in each facility.
Average Lead Time by FacilityDisplays the average lead time in each facility.
Defects by Facility and Severity CodeDisplays the total number of defects in each facility attributable to a specific severity code.
Defects by DateDisplays the daily distribution of defects in each facility in a given time range.
Defects by Reason CodeDisplays the total number of defects attributable to a specific reason code.
