Confirming Customer Order Deliveries

Enables you to overrule proposed dates and confirm orders.


Before you begin:
  • You need to confirm the data behind the late order.
  • The Order Acceptance tab in the Delivery action bar is open.
  1. From Customer Order Line Deliveries, select an Order.
  2. Click Confirm to open the Confirm Order dialog.

    Note:
    • The proposed confirmation date takes the maximum value among the following 3 dates:
      • Requested Delivery Date,
      • Planned Date, and
      • Sales Budget Reservation Date.
    • You can edit the confirmation date and define it as preferred. Click the calendar icon to select a date and overrule the proposed confirmation date.

  3. Click OK to confirm.

The status of the order, and its lateness, are calculated compared to the confirmation date set.
