Publishing the Firm Purchase Order Plan

Enables you to manually publish updated purchase work order plans to the external system after the optimizer runs and revises firm purchase order plan dates, or a planner manually updates firm purchase order plans.

Before you begin:
  • Make sure that the Planning run has completed or,
  • Manually replan one or more firm purchase orders.
  1. Click Work Orders from the Plan tab on the action bar to open the purchase order planning view.
  2. Click Publish on the Plan tab.
    Provide a confirmation of the number for firm purchase order plans you are publishing.
  3. Click OK to publish.
