Comparing 3D Views

In this step, you will use 3D views to compare the two versions of a PPR object.

Context:

  1. Click 3D View .
Two 3D views replace the trees on the right-hand side of the panel: you can see the differences between the versions.

By default, the selected object is displayed in color with the context transparent.

Tip: You can specify the transparency level of the context with the Context Transparency slider bar.

  2. To synchronize movement in the two 3D views, select the Synchronize views option.
  3. To see the object without context, clear the Display in context option.
  4. To easily identify differences between objects, click Toggle between single and double view to see both objects on top of each other.

Tip: For a single view, click Set color and transparency to define colors and transparency levels.

Next step: Comparing Attributes.
