Showing and Selecting Filtered Parts

You can make a mouse trap selection in the Auxiliary viewer and select only filtering parts.

  1. From the Auxiliary Viewer toolbar, click Show Filtered Part Only .
    Only the filtered parts are shown in the Auxiliary Viewer.

  2. Click Show Filtered Part Only again to turn it off.
    All parts are shown in the Auxiliary Viewer, and the Parts List contains only the filtered parts.

  3. From the Auxiliary Viewer toolbar, click Select Filtered Parts Only .
  4. Click and hold the left mouse and drag the mouse pointer over the content in the Auxiliary Viewer to create a mouse trap.


  5. Release the mouse.

    Selects only the filtered parts within the mouse trap.

    The selected parts are also highlighted in the Parts List.
