Configuration Manager Commands

The following commands are available through the Configuration Manger panel.

Concept Tabs

Keeps the Concept Content opened.

It is available for all the concepts.

Concept Headers

Command Description Concept

Creates and adds new concepts and associated information in the Concept Data table.

Notes:
  • Creating a new concept:
    1. Click the plus .
    2. Enter a name in the field.
    3. Press Enter or click the check mark to validate the creation.
  • Associating information:
    1. Select a concept row in the Concept Data table.
    2. Click the plus .
    3. Depending on the Concept Tabs, select either:
      • Create new End Point for Data Sources.
      • Create new Property for Interfaces.
      • Create new Value for B.I. Essentials.

      A dialog box opens.

    4. Enter the required information.
    5. Click OK to validate the creation.

Deletes elements from your data.

Notes:
  • Select the row in the Concept Data table, then click the trash to delete the element.
  • Deletion message appears, indicating the number of existing links to the element. Click OK to confirm the deletion.

Searches for occurrences of an element name within the Concept Data table.

Notes:
  • Click the up or down arrows to browse through the Concept Data table.
  • Click the cross to close the search.

Concept Data Tables

Command Description Concept

Sorts the column in alphabetical order.

Note: Click in a column header to sort it. Click again to reverse the sort order.

It is available in all Concept Data tables.

Filters the elements to be displayed in the Concept Data table.

Note: In the column header, click the magnifying glass to open the list of the elements to filter. Select the elements to filter and click Apply.

You can search for element names, sort the list, select multiple elements, and clear the applied filters.

It is available in all Concept Data tables.

/

Selects multiple rows.

Notes:
  • At the beginning of the rows, click the check box to select multiple rows.
  • Click the check box in the column header to select all the elements at once. Click again to clear the selection.

It is available in all Concept Data tables.

/

Collapses or expands information.

It is available in all Concept Data tables.
