Validating a PPR Object

You can validate a PPR object by adding markers, creating slides and using the Product Build-Up options panel.

Add Markers

You can add markers on a selected operation, system, item or resource.

  1. Select Add > Content.
  2. In the New Content dialog box, select Review > Review with markup.
  3. In the tree view , right-click Markup and select Activate to display the Product Build-Up options panel.
  4. Select a system.
  5. From the Review section of the action bar, select Circle to create a circle on the selected system.

Create a Slide

You can create and export slides to review your PPR object.

  1. From the Review section of the action bar, select Slide to create a slide thumbnail in the slide view.
  2. In the slide view, select the created slide to display it in the work area.
  3. From the Review section of the action bar, select Export Images .
  4. In the Export images dialog box, choose the appropriate file location.
  5. Click OK to save the slide.

Reset Product and Review Data

You can use the Product Build-Up options panel to reset product or review data.

  1. In the tree view , select a product.
  2. In the product context toolbar, select Graphic Properties and choose an appropriate color for the selected product.
  3. At the right edge of the work area, select Product Build-Up options to display the Product Build-Up options panel.
  4. From the Advanced Options section of the panel, select Reset Product Data ON .
  5. In the tree view , select a product.
    The product data is reset. The product is displayed according to its initial design.
  6. From the Advanced Options section of the Product Build-Up options panel, select Reset Review Data ON .
  7. In the tree view , select an object.
    The markers are no longer displayed.
