Manufacturability Verifies Against Assigned Resources

You can verify a manufacturing part to verify the manufacturability of all the assigned resources.

  1. From the Authoring section of the action bar, click Manufacturability Check .
    The Manufacturability Check panel appears.
  2. Select the root manufacturing assembly.
    The Manufacturability tab MBOM is populated.
  3. Click Compute.
    The process is computed, and either the computation shows a Passed, or Failed. If you do not want to compute, click Close.
  4. Click Failed.
    The Resources and Rules section of the dialog box explains the failure.
  5. Click Manage Capable Resources tab.
  6. Select the machine and click Delete .
  7. Click Search and select a machine from the Search window.
    The machine appears under the Capable Resources References tab.
  8. Click the Manufacturability tab to see a Failed section.
  9. Click Compute.
    The process is computed and now shows Passed.
  10. Select the machine and click Delete.
    The machine disappears.
  11. Follow the same process and select another machine to see more results.
