Application Parameters

Application Type
Specifies the default application type. Supported types are Paint, Sealant, and General.

If Application Type is Paint,

  • The default Trajectory Name Prefix is Paint Trajectory.
  • The default Sequence Name Prefix is Paint Sequence.
  • The default Operation Name Prefix is Paint Operation.

If Application Type is Sealant,

  • The default Trajectory Name Prefix is Sealant Trajectory.
  • The default Sequence Name Prefix is Sealant Sequence.
  • The default Operation Name Prefix is Sealant Operation.

If Application Type is General,

  • The default Trajectory Name Prefix is Surface Trajectory.
  • The default Sequence Name Prefix is Surface Sequence.
  • The default Operation Name Prefix is Surface Operation.

Process Path

A process path contains all process points and the lines that connect them. The following preferences allow you to set the line color, line type and line weight.

Path Display
Select a Color, Line, and Weight from each respective list.
Point Display
Select a Color from the list.

Approach Path

An approach path contains all approach points and the lines that connect them. The following preferences allow you to set the line color, line type and line weight.

Path Display
Select a Color, Line, and Weight from each respective list.
Point Display
Select a Color from the list.

Retract Path

A retract path contains all retract points and the lines that connect them. The following preferences allow you to set the line color, line type and line weight.

Path Display
Select a Color, Line, and Weight from each respective list.
Point Display
Select a Color from the list.

Mesh Parameters

Mesh parameters are used in computing the mesh for paint deposition.

Mesh Sag
A higher value results in greater accuracy, but requires more time to generate the mesh.
Mesh Size
A higher value results in greater accuracy, but requires more time to generate the mesh.
