Inserting an Existing Product

You can insert an existing product under a PPR Context using Insert Product > Existing Product context menu. This can be a product from the current session or an already-saved product.

Before you begin: Open your session content and start Planning Structure.

  1. Right-click the PPR Context and select Insert Product > Existing Product.

    The Applicative Search is activated in the top bar and a small panel appears.



  2. Select one or more products as follows:
    • Type your search criteria in the Applicative Search box, click , then select the desired objects from the search results.
    • Select an object in the tree or work area.
    • Select the Multiselection check box, select several objects in the tree or work area, then click Accept .
    The selected products are inserted in the product structure. If the selected products have children, the child products are also inserted in the tree.
    Note: It is also possible to insert existing products from the current session by selecting Select and Paste from another tab.
