Data Perspective License Usage

This section describes how to access Data Perspective Governance in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Your Administrator must grant you one of the following roles: Data Analyst (DAA), Data Steward (DAS), or Platform Manager.

1. Click the Compass.

   The left panel displays Me > As a System of Operations.

2. In My Roles, select Data Analyst or Data Steward.
3. Select Data Perspective Governance.

   A read-only page opens.

   
   
   

The progress bar shows the overall percentage of your token consumption, and the exact count of tokens.

Important: This progress bar includes the tokens consumed by prepackaged Data Perspectives (such as Weight and Balance or Project Intelligence) if any, and your own specific Data Perspectives created using the Data Analyst role. You therefore see a proportion based on the tokens coming from the ATK you purchased.

This table shows the number of tokens consumed by prepackaged Data Perspectives if you purchased some. For example, the consumption of Weight and Balance or Project Intelligence.

This table shows the number of tokens consumed by the Index Units of your specific Data Perspectives.

You define these Index Units in Data Factory Studio, and call them in the Data Perspective data queries in Data Perspective Studio.

Important: 3DSpace, Project Planning, and 6WTags tokens are counted only when you make your own specific Data Perspectives, not when you use prepackaged Data Perspectives, like Weight and Balance or Project Intelligence.
