About Bolt Replication

If your model has multiple locations where a virtual bolt is needed, you can use the Bolt Replication command to quickly create identical copies of a bolt you have already defined.

After you have defined the first bolt at one of the hole locations, the bolt replication tool will search the model for other paired holes of similar sizing. The search finds all hole pairs that connect the same parts and have the same diameter as the original bolt.



The same load that was applied to the original bolt is applied to the clones.
