X-Y Plot Options Saved to a File

Many of the changes you make to X-Y plot settings in the Options panel can be saved as the new default settings for those options. This section describes which settings are retained for each item in the Options panel. You can save settings related to an individual item—for example, the settings that appear when you select Plot or Chart in the panel—or for all items in the panel.
