Creating Points Using Projection | |

In the Tools Palette, select one of the following options
to get the desired result:

Orthogonal Projection
(default mode) |
Projects the points onto the spline in the direction, normal to the
spline.  |
Projection Along a Direction
 |
Projects the points onto the spline in the user defined direction.
 |
Note:
If the selected element is a line then the selected points are always
projected only in the perpendicular direction.
